My own personal motto.
In the past, I spent hours endlessly planning my goals and copying down tips and how I’m going to execute my plan in great detail. Then the day came I when I had to put my plan in action.I was feeling overwhelmed and pressured and I end not going with my plan, then I get frustrated and then for about a week I go about my usual ways and I start planning again. The cycle repeats itself.
I know that getting into better habits is a slow progress and can’t be changed overnight. I finally have the patience to accept that.
